What is Shamanic Healing?
Shamanic healing is medicine for the soul.

Shamanism is the most ancient spiritual practice known to man. It is 100,000 years old, and was practised in many cultures around the world before the birth of religion. The word Shaman means “Spiritual healer” or “One who sees in the dark.” Shamans work by communicating with Spirit to receive guidance and healing for others.

The Shamanic view of illness is that there are three common causes:

Power loss. Power needs to be returned
Soul Loss. Soul parts ready to come back can be returned
Unhelpful energy or blocks. These can be removed.

Shamanic Healing is healing on a soul level. From this, tremendous physical and emotional healing can follow. After Shamanic healing, other healing can work more powerfully for the client. The Shamanic skills support the healing process for the client. For example, if the client is suffering Soul loss and the soul parts are returned, the client feels more whole, more present. More of their energy is then available to receive subsequent treatment.

Individual Sessions

For an individual session, I start by listening to the client and then do a diagnostic journey to see what work is needed for them. This could include any of the following:

Soul Retrieval
When we are shocked or traumatised in some way, part of us flies away. This is a natural coping mechanism which helps to dilute the pain of the situation. But soul loss can lead to a deep feeling of emptiness and depression from which addictions can arise. Bringing back the soul parts that are ready to return can bring about an immense emotional healing. A sense of renewal is often felt which encourages a positive and creative approach to life.

Soul Release & Soul Remembering
For those who have already received Soul Retrieval.
During this session, you are guided to identify energies from others which you are holding onto in an unhelpful way. A ceremony will be devised to help you release these energies. In addition, a snapshot of your soul's purpose on this earth will be retrieved and remembered. A truly liberating and inspiring session ~ sometimes done in pairs.

Power Animal Retrieval
A guardian animal may be waiting to come to you to bring strength, energy and gifts. People often notice renewed vigour and health after connecting with their power animal.

Extraction
Unhelpful energy can cling to us sometimes, for example stress and anxiety. This can be lifted off, creating a space in which to pour healing. I transmit healing using Colour or Reiki or hands-on healing.

Curse Unravelling
Sometimes we throw a Curse on ourselves, usually because of deep feelings of shame or guilt. Or others may throw negative energy on to us, intentionally or unintentionally out of anger, pain or jealousy. This can be felt as a weight to carry around or even a cloud of continual bad luck. With conscious and compassionate energy, the Practitioner can neutralise the curse and bring healing to the situation.

De-possession
A lost spirit or soul will sometimes latch onto an individual. This can be remedied by compassionately moving the lost spirit into the light. Healing is then poured in using Colour or white light. A very liberating process for the
client who can expect to feel expansive and uplifted.

Psychopomp
This is the process of moving on deceased spirits who have got lost or stuck.  They need compassionate help to move them onto the next stage of their journey.

Learning to Journey one-to-one
This will be a set of 5-7 sessions during which I guide you step by step through the Journeying experience. This is profound work. Together we can create a schedule for the sessions. You may choose to have less sessions which are longer - or shorter and more frequent sessions.

DISTANCE SESSIONS

I do all of the above sessions remotely also, so you do not have to travel to have a treatment. I use a photo or sometimes a special object to represent you and to ground the healing work I do.

I send a questionnaire to you before the session so you can inform me of the challenges in your life. I begin the session with a short on- screen chat. Then I ask you to lie down, meditate or relax in a comfortable chair for at least 45 minutes. After this you can do simple, nourishing tasks such as reading or walking in nature. For the final hour of the session, I speak to you on screen and explain the healing work done~ and explore it in-depth. We can speak via Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp video.

Land Healing & House Cleansing

I work in partnership with Michael Bainbridge, a talented Shamanic Practitioner, to do this work.

Some buildings or areas of land have strange energies lurking around. This can be very disturbing if it is your home or property. This energy can be cleansed using certain healing techniques. Psychopomp may be needed - moving lost souls on towards the light. Curse Unravelling may be necessary. This is the process of removing harmful intentions which cripple the energy flow of a place. This unhelpful energy may have lingered there for many years.

After the diagnosis and the cleansing work is done, we pour in consciousness and radiant love energy using glowing Colour Rays, light and Angelic support.

During this session we also send healing to family members or residents who are struggling with the uncomfortable environment. This includes checking for any attachments, for example, lost spirits who have hooked into an individual. A huge liberation can be experienced once this stuck energy is gently released and healing is poured in.

The positive effects of a property cleansing can be remarkable! Families may reverse their decision to sell as they feel suddenly far happier and at ease in their revitalised home. Or a property that just wont sell starts radiating such a vibrant and positive energy that it becomes very attractive to viewers!

We work on your property remotely from a sacred site in Lyme Regis and use photos to tune deeply into the energies of place. We request photos of the building &land and a floor plan of each storey.

After the work is done, a report is given to you by Skype or phone of up to an hour. This also includes helpful tips to keep the energy in your home healthy and harmonious.
